How to care for nails and feet at home?

1. Apply the keratolytic gel to a non-woven cloth (or a cotton pad) and place it on hardened areas of the feet.

2. After 7–10 minutes, remove any remaining gel using the heel file with the replaceable attachment.

3. Peel the replaceable attachment from the paper backing and attach it to the metal file. Treat the areas where the gel was applied. After use, peel off and discard the attachment. Disinfect the file base.

4. Wash off any remaining gel with water.

5. Trim excess nail length using the nippers.

6. Shape the nails with the disposable file. It is recommended to file nails every 5–7 days to prevent excessive pressure and breakage.

7. Apply the hydrating cream with gentle massaging motions. Use daily for long-lasting softness and smoothness.
